Youth Day
The May 4th Movement was the end of China's old democratic revolution and the beginning of a new democratic revolution. The Chinese revolution has since entered a new historical period. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Central People's Government Administration Council officially announced May 4 as the Chinese Youth Day in December 1949.
In the different historical periods of Chinese revolution and construction, they all contained the spirit and inspiration of the times and guided the direction of the development of the Chinese youth movement.
"May Fourth Youth Day" contains two meanings: one is to commemorate the "May Fourth Movement" and the other is a festival as a youth.
